About Raiden

Built through discipline, teamwork & curiosity.

Raiden Tellier grew up competing, learning, working, and taking on responsibility. He played baseball from T-ball and Little League all the way through high school, competed as a varsity wrestler, and also played basketball and football when he was younger.

That athletic background carried directly into the way he approaches school and work: show up prepared, do the job, support the people around you, and keep improving. He graduated from high school magna cum laude and is continuing his education at Monroe Community College.

01

Years of repetition built consistency.

Baseball, wrestling, basketball and football created a foundation of discipline, teamwork and composure under pressure.

02

Magna cum laude, then on to MCC.

Raiden paired athletics and work with strong academics and is continuing that momentum at Monroe Community College.

03

He did not wait to start building.

Inlitenr became the place where customer service, retail experience, technology, analytics and entrepreneurship all came together.

Founder · Inlitenr

Turning retail data into better conversations.

Raiden founded Inlitenr around a simple idea: smaller retailers should be able to understand their customers and their business without buying a pile of disconnected, enterprise-priced systems.

Inlitenr brings together customer context, retail activity, conversations, marketing signals and analytics so a store can better understand who is walking in, what is working, and where opportunities are being missed.

01 Customer Intelligence

Build a clearer view of the customer across digital and in-store interactions.

02 Conversations

Connect chat, support and store-level interactions to the customer relationship.

03 Marketing Insight

See how campaigns and channels connect to real customer activity and sales.

04 Small-Retail Focus

Give independent retailers useful tools without the cost and complexity of enterprise stacks.
